Stillframe

Any dashboard, page or camera as an image address.

Give Stillframe a web page, a dashboard, or a frame from your own script. You get one address that always serves the newest picture, refreshed as often as every 5 minutes (Standard and Pro), up to 4K (Standard and Pro), fitted without stretching.

How it works   Pricing

A Stillframe feed: a picture of a page we host
This picture is a live Stillframe feed of a page we host.

It goes anywhere an image goes: TRMNL's Image Display, a Notion or Confluence page, a README, an email. Grafana and Metabase dashboards that refuse an iframe show as a picture. The address answers with an ETag, so a display redraws only when the picture changed.

Try it on a page

Paste a web address and press the button. You get one picture of that page, 1920 by 1080, with a band across the top that says it is a try-out. The picture is deleted in 10 minutes. It is not a feed: to keep one fresh, make a feed.

We take the picture once, from our servers, and then forget the address. See privacy and what it will and will not picture.

Start from what you have

A camera, a dashboard, a screen that only shows pictures, or a script that draws one. Each guide says what to do, what it costs and what it will not do.

What is kept, and what it does not do

Pixels only. EXIF, GPS, comments and text chunks are removed as a picture is written. The renderer has no network but one proxy. It will not fetch addresses on a private network, which is a safety rule, not a setting; for those, send pictures from your own machine. Sign-in pages are not supported yet, and it takes pictures: it does not record video or host files for the public.

5 feeds $9. 20 feeds and 4K $19. 50 feeds $39. Try it free on this page, no sign-up; pick a plan when you want feeds. Billed monthly through PayPal when you approve; cancel any time. Pricing
