Refunds

This is how refunds work.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time from your Stillframe dashboard or from your PayPal account, or reply to the mail you got when you subscribed and we will cancel it for you. Your feeds keep working until the end of the period you have paid for, and then stop refreshing. Cancelling does not refund anything.

Asking for a refund

• Write to [email protected] from the email address on your PayPal account and say what went wrong.
• If Stillframe did not work for you in your first month, we refund that month.
• Otherwise we read each request and decide it fairly, case by case.
• A refund goes back through PayPal to the account that paid.
